I am Jeanette Thompson-Wessen BSc (Hons) PGCE QTS qualified Nutritionist, Founder and CEO of Anti Diet World and potential ADHDer. 

I have worked with easily over 100 people on their relationship with food, nutrition and supporting health regardless of weight in the 4 years of being The Mindset Nutritionist. 

When I discovered I probably have ADHD, probably like you, it was like a light bulb moment of why I eat like I eat. This is where we get deep into your eating and how your ADHD may impact it. Our 1:1 sessions will be where we discover what looking after yourself and your ADHD actually looks like to you.

I know what it is like trying to keep up with wanting to learn more but also not having time/spoons or having the need to multitask to take in information. In between calls, any additional topics will be covered via a private podcast so you can have a listen and do something else at the same time.

Weekly Body Doubling Sessions

Body doubling is a way that has been shown to be very important to help ADHDers to focus and get a task complete. Each week I have a body doubling call for my clients to complete their meal planning or their meal prep. You do not have to show your video or even chat, just being there will help you complete that task each week we are working together plus have me on hand for questions.

Your sessions will take place on Google Meet.

Do I have to be formally diagnosed with ADHD?

Definitely not. If you suspect you have ADHD and you relate to ADHD experiences; my programme will be beneficial to you.

How long will I have access to this?

You will have 4 months worth of access.

Do I have to be in the UK to do this?

No, I work worldwide.

I can’t afford this package support, are there other options?

This programme is 4 months long so a shorter time would mean you do not get the chance to do all the things you need to do. I cannot offer discounts at the moment because, as a marginalised person myself, I already take a financial hit. But I also would love for you to consider the following. You know those supplements from Tiktok you have been buying as well as all that food you don’t (aka forget) to eat, these are places that you will save money over the long term. I will help you save money on overbuying things you forgot you had in the cupboard (how many extra herbs and spices do you have in your cupboards right now?). Over time, I might even save you money.

I am not sure I have the time!

This package was designed specifically for ADHDers. I will help you with your decision paralysis in deciding what to eat; not only does this mean that you will actually eat, but also that you won’t waste time trying to decide. Think about how many times you pop to the supermarket because you didn’t do a whole food shop or you forgot to buy so many things, we can reduce this time together. Basically, I will end up saving up time overall.

I am already overwhelmed, I don't think I can add on another thing to do.

You try so hard to keep on top of all the things. Meal planning and food shopping is awful and is overhwhelming in itself. Rather than being stuck in that cycle, let’s adapt to your ADHD needs. This will lessen you overwhelm and risk of falling into ADHD burn out. It’s time to break the cycle.
